Shipping & Returns Shipping We ship worldwide. Shippings are done with the French national postal service La Poste Courrier for small parcel less than 2 kg and Colissimo for packages less than 30 kg or 400 €. Also, we propose a special price for books (ONLY books) shipping. For other packages we ship via private services like TNT. The buyer is responsible when a wrong delivery address is registered in our database and in case of a damaged item during transport. That is the reason why we advice to take the optional insurance provided during the order validation process. Prices of postage charges are at the exact weight of the package but if postage charges paid are more expensive than true postage charges paid when we ship, we refund immediately the buyer. We do not charge the packaging charges or the order threatment. Our packages are from 0.15 kg for a small model kit. The buyer chooses the way of shipping (priority or economical, with insurance or without insurance) during the order validation process. Returns must be complete in the original box. The buyer is responsible of a return and pays the postal charges for the return of an item. We refuse delivery against paiement.
